Top 3 Locations For Photoshoots in KC - Loose Park
The rose garden at Loose Park is one of my favorite places to go when it comes to picking locations for photoshoots because there are roses, lots of grassy area, and a big pond! You can get a bunch of different shots there. It doesn't feel like you are in the city, which is amazing! I love having senior sessions there because there is so much to work with and it always turns out to be a lot of fun! Even if you aren't a senior, having any type of session here is definitely a great idea!
Nelson Atkins
Nelson Atkins is also an all time favorite of mine because it is so simple with lots of greenery and architecture. There are lots of neutral backgrounds to play around with if you want to bring some fun colors into the photoshoot! At the Nelson, there's always something for everybody! It's definitely a staple out of all of my locations for photoshoots in KC that I will always love!
Main Street + Parking Garage
Lastly, main street downtown is always fun and spontaneous. I love having my client stand in the middle of the road, where it is safe, and do a couple fun poses. After that, there is a parking garage next to the road that I always take them to. It has beautiful views of downtown and looks stunning at golden hour. These photos always give off that Kansas City vibe that I love! It's so nice that these 3 locations for photoshoots are all within 10 minutes of each other because they all have a different vibe to them and offer such a fun variety for your photoshoots!
